Foodie Tut: Angel Hair Pasta with Tuna in White Sauce

Been awhile since my last post. I'll explain it in the next post :)

Angel Hair Pasta With Tuna in White Sauce

Serves 1-2

Ingredients

Angel Hair Pasta (enough serving for one or two)
80grams of tuna (I used Century Tuna Flakes in Vegetable Oil)
100grams of all purpose cream (I used Nestle All Purpose Cream which came in boxes)
a teaspoon of minced garlic
a teaspoon of finely diced onions
salt and pepper

Procedure:
1. So cook your pasta while preparing other ingredients.
2. Over medium heat, sautee garlic and onions in a pan.
3. When garlic is golden brown, add the tuna. Sautee.
4. Add the cream and mix ingredients together.
5. Add salt and pepper up to your liking.
6. Done!

* Though I tossed the pasta with the sauce after since I had left over pasta only.
