I MISS JAPAN SO BADLY~!!!!! :(
I want to go back to the beautiful Land of the Rising Sun. It isn't obvious that I love Japan. /sarcasm
Last time, I've posted about the trip to Japan as a youth ambassador. This post is not so different from the last.
You see, currently I study Japan Studies in one of the BEST universities here in the Philippines. (smug face! But it's true) As I think about it, was my decision to take the course out of impulse? After all I love anime and music or the Japanese culture. Was I ever interested in their economy or politics? One big fat NO. Well, that changed in college.
I sometimes hate it when I hear that some are enrolling in the course just to get in in the university. They would say, "It's easy to pass in XYZ University if you take Japan studies as your course. Then shift afterwards." Oh really? It's true it isn't a quota course. But the course is difficult especially if you do not like it at all. Take language as an example. Who would remember all those words and characters if that person is not interested at all?
They may think it's easy 'cause all we do is paperworks and no major math or science subject at all. But those papers were made with efforts. Those are not papers prepared the night before submission. If it is easy, why do some fail?
Okay, nuff said.
Anyways, I love Japan.
