It's exam week! That explains the lack of updates. Sorry guys >_<
My busy cork board of reminders about exams, deadlines, and stuff. Plus photos of friends and other stuff to cool me off.
A cute mug with China and Japan of Hetalia~ My friend gave it to me two Christmases ago. I fill this with an instant coffee mix from Thailand to keep me awake while reading...
These! These papers are taking over my bed. It filled half of my bed plush the laptop occupying the leg room. Which leaves me a quarter of the bed to sit/lie on.

Daily Life: Been Away for Too Long
Hiya guys~ I think I've neglected this blog for a long time. I haven't been able to update due to the loads that I have at school and here at home. I have a lot to share in this post though! But I'll keep it short since I have other things to do. :<

Daily Life: Week Roundup~ Cosplay, Tao + Foodie
It is one rainy rainy week.
Two fridays ago, I watched Tao, a Japanese drum performance, at Resorts World Manila with my parents. I love the overall performance. Their costumes were so clean and perfect. It was a samurai-inspired outfit in the shades of black, violet and dark gray. Their movements while performing were so fluid as if they were dancing. I think their moves were martial arts, actually. And the sound of the percussion instruments was just magnificent! Whenever they played, I could feel Pre-modern Japan around me. There were times that I think the music were reminiscent of wartime because of the Taiko. I think their lead drummer was a girl in heels. Aside from the percussions, they also used the flute and koto, a Japanese string instrument. I never new that percussion and wind instruments sounded so good together. Also, I loved their concept of interacting with the crowd. (Click the link below, the one I'm referring to is the woman in white) If they perform in your country, you should watch.
Here's a link to their website. But it will redirect you to the photo gallery.

Daily Life: Busybody Week
Hi guys! The weekend was pretty crazy.
Friday: Snatched Bag
Saturday: Painting, volunteer work and friends staying over
Sunday: Fun run and more volunteer work
Last Friday I dropped by at the office where I am currently doing volunteer work. When I was heading home with two newfound friends, my bag was snatched from me! I used a small shoulder bag which slung over my right shoulder. I tried to chase the culprit while shouting "Thief!" But he was able to escape with the help of an accomplice. They used a vehicle to escape from their deeds. While escaping they had to pass through cars which began to cause traffic. They fell somewhere along the road and was almost hit by a bus! I did not feel sorry for them and I wanted to laugh out loud. But I couldn't retrieve my things since I was afraid that they might be holding any sharp object and I didn't have any experience with self defense. No one helped at all. Well, except for the kind lady who gave me cash to go home.

Wanderland: JENESYS at Japan
I promised I would post something about my short summer trip to Japan.
The trip was all-expense paid trip by the Japanese government. The trip was called JENESYS Programme. In return, I participated as one of the goodwill ambassadors to Tohoku, the region struck by the March 11, 2011 tsunami. We were also sent as delegate under the Go Green batch. I was supposed to go there last year but since the tsunami struck, it was postponed. The programme was twelve days, nine days were spent in Japan.

Daily Life: A Week in a Post
IT has been a few days since I last checked in and wrote something. This time around, I'll tell you how my week has been. Last Monday, we travelled for twelve hours by car to Manila from the province. I was gonna meet my aunt to watch Lady Gaga's concert: The Born This Way Ball.
