Pasta Salad? Salad Pasta?

I do not know what to call this pasta salad or salad pasta that I whipped up for dinner today. It is a combination of simple carbonara recipe and greens. So is it supposed to be called green carbonara?

Castella or Kasutera, in Japanese, is a Portuguese sponge cake which is really famous in Japan. Now, it is even considered as a Japanese sponge cake.

Foodie: Japan Trip Food Blog

Food Blog! One of my passions is eating good food. So in one of my past posts I blogged about my Jenesys Programme in Japan trip. As a bonus, we got to try loads of authentic Japanese food. Cause here in the Philippines, everything is turned to a saltier version. They say real Japanese food is more bland. I finally had the chance to try the real thing! Though I wasn't able to take pictures of everything.

Daily Life: A Week in a Post

IT has been a few days since I last checked in and wrote something. This time around, I'll tell you how my week has been. Last Monday, we travelled for twelve hours by car to Manila from the province. I was gonna meet my aunt to watch Lady Gaga's concert: The Born This Way Ball.
